Euro's Travel Group is a Peruvian company dedicated to the tourism sector. We provide tourism services nationwide through the sale of tour packages, transfers, and lodging and catering services.

Euro's Travel Group is required to comply with current Peruvian legislation regarding the protection of personal data, particularly Law 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, and/or its regulations, supplements, amendments, substitutes, and other applicable provisions (hereinafter, "the Law"). We are committed to respecting your privacy and protecting the confidentiality of your personal data. The purpose of this notice is to inform you about how the personal data we access in the performance of our duties and activities is collected, processed, and protected.

Use of personal data

Personal data processing is understood to mean any technical operation or procedure, whether automated or not, that allows for the collection, recording, organization, storage, preservation, processing, modification, consultation, use, blocking, suspension, communication by transfer or dissemination, or any other form of processing that facilitates access, correlation, or interconnection of personal data.

The personal data collected by Euro's Travel Group, through its various platforms and channels, may be processed, as applicable, to carry out the purposes inherent to the organization's activity, such as:

Telephone calls to confirm availability, verify operations or transactions made online or by telephone if required or if Euro's Travel Group deems it necessary.

Sending email notifications informing about any changes, availability, or events related to the travel itinerary: confirmation of contracted services, modifications, cancellations, invitations to evaluate or comment on the contracted services and the service received by Euro's Travel Group, its collaborators, or representatives.

The collection of comments, testimonials, and some photographs may be published on our website eurostravel.pe.

To maintain and constantly update databases that generate statistics and allow us to improve the services received by our customers and/or visitors. To receive travel offers by email through our newsletter. Each email sent includes a link with the option to unsubscribe if the user so wishes to stop receiving these communications.

Euro's Travel Group realizará tratamiento sobre datos personales obtenidos con el consentimiento previo, expreso e informado del titular de los datos personales.  Es responsabilidad del titular de los datos personales, leer detenidamente el presente Aviso de Privacidad, debido a que, mediante su aceptación, usted otorga el consentimiento para el tratamiento de los datos a las finalidades expuestas.

Access to personal data

Los datos personales proporcionados no serán remitidos a terceros ajenos a Euro's Travel Group, salvo que se trate de un tercero encargado del tratamiento, conforme a lo indicado en el numeral 10 del artículo 2 de La Ley, bajo condiciones de seguridad y confidencialidad de la información; o cuando por mandato de La Ley o resolución judicial, Euro's Travel Group se encuentre obligada a comunicar dicha información a entidades públicas, autoridades judiciales y/o policiales u otros terceros legitimados.
